Returns main_driver, anything_breaking, a plain-English action and suggested_max_leverage. When to call: once at the top of every trading, treasury or payment loop, before sizing a position, adding leverage or settling in a stablecoin. Unlike stablecoin-only risk scores it includes derivatives and sentiment. Needs >=3 live legs (otherwise 503, not charged); recomputed every 60s.
