(64 hex) -> status success|failed|pending, block, confirmations, timestamp, from, to, ETH value, gas used + fee in ETH, method (transfer / approve / transferWithAuthorization / Multicall3 ...), is_x402_settlement (EIP-3009 AuthorizationUsed on USDC), and every decoded ERC-20 Transfer (token, symbol, from, to, amount with decimals). Optional expect_to=0x..&expect_usdc=0.01 returns payment_verified true|false (did expect_to receive >= that USDC in this tx). When to call: after sending a tx, before delivering goods for a payment, to confirm an x402 settlement, or to explain an unknown hash. Cheaper than generic tx-decode APIs ($0.003).
