Use when an agent has a public URL and needs the page as heading-aware RAG chunks with a signed receipt. Read a public web page as clean Markdown plus heading-aware RAG chunks (each with heading path, size, token estimate, sha256), metadata and an Ed25519-signed receipt. GET /v1/read?url=...&format=chunks. Free options: query=<text>&top_k=<1-20, default 5> returns only the most relevant passages (BM25, each with score, chunk index and char offsets) instead of the whole page; links=none removes link/image URLs. Every result has a `savings` token estimate. Not charged on fetch/convert errors; same payment proof = same result, no second charge.
