Binet 1981 CLL staging. Stage C if anemia (Hb <10 g/dL) or thrombocytopenia (platelets <100×10^9/L), regardless of lymphoid areas. Else stage B when involved_areas is 3-5, else stage A when 0-2. The five areas are cervical, axillary, and inguinal (unilateral or bilateral counts as one area each), plus spleen, plus liver; the caller assigns the count. Not a medical device, not a CLL diagnosis, and not Rai staging (Rai anemia is Hb <11).
