Reads a vesting plan/stream directly from an on-chain contract on Base — total amount, claimed/unclaimed balance, remaining lockup, current owner/recipient. A direct contract read instead of a dashboard's cached view: the vesting math is verified against the contract on every call, not assumed from an indexer. Two providers, selected by the required provider query parameter: hedgey (TokenVestingPlans) or sablier (SablierLockup, V2/v4). provider is REQUIRED — plan_id/stream_id numbering overlaps between the two contracts (e.g. id 2 is a real, distinct plan on both at once), so there is no safe default or auto-detection; a missing or invalid provider returns 400, never a guess.
