JSON-RPC for five chains through one endpoint, no account and no API key: Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon. Two things a bare node does not give you. Failover: several public nodes per chain are tried in order, and the answer names the one that served it, so a throttled node costs you a retry rather than a failure. Decoded reverts: a failed eth_call returns 'execution reverted' and nothing else - we resolve Error(string) and Panic(uint256) into plain text and add the action needed. Read methods and eth_sendRawTransaction; batches up to 20 count as one call. Signed receipt included.
